I've had no mobile data via RWG mobile for at least a week now. RWG support say they are investigating with EE.

No mobile data for last two days. Could be longer but not switched on till then. Emailed RWG, they claim everything is O, implying fault at my end. Cahnged SIMS with wife's phone, same issue. Her's works fine in mine and my RWG SIM won't work in hers.

No service with my RWG sim or my husbands RWG sim since earlier today. Major issue as these are our main contact numbers!

Been down in Birmingham North since approx 11:30 11th May, only incoming txts are working.

5yr glabal data sim stopped after a week. Support simply will not admin any problem at their end. Secpnd data sim would not even start working. Seems that they use many different sims and all have issues.

SMS receive and send both down.

RWG SMS came back up early morning, so was down for less then 24 hours.

Rwg port failed 12 days without service - email support not helpful.

Can make and receive calls and SMS, but no data. Tried both SIM slots. Phone date/time set come from network, which changes it to 17/5/2023 18:51 unless I manually override.
