Our Slingshot internet has been down since about 2.45pm today. Is there a time frame for a fix?

My slingshot fibre connection is running like a dog today. I normally get 800-900Mb/s download but I am only getting 4-5Mb/s download and it is really choppy. Upload is still pretty good at 500-600Mb/s. Slingshot tech support are looking into it!
