i am in niagara on the lake, i cannot connect to the network on my cell phone

cityfone service has been down for cell voice ,data and home wireless in tatamagouche NS all day

Cityfone down in Calgary AB. Cannot call out. My phone says "Emergency Calls Only" Tried to log into my account and receiving "error message" My internet is work well. What's going on?

Today wednesday 12 April 2023. No cell or landline service in Port Perry Ontario.

May 31 2023 all our household cell phones are not working.
