Comcast internet is down (Feb.07 2022) at my house 38002 although their Down Detector shows no problems. I have been through several rebooting sequences including disconnecting every input from the equipment; didn't try turning it upside down and shaking a black hen feather at it though.(sarcasm).Backdoored to live customer service rep who wants to reboot it; yeah none of that worked this time either.They want to send a technician next week and charge us for anything that isn't their equipment or transmission lines. OK send a tech. "You have an outage in your area so we can't". WHAT!?!?
