Internet via optical link has been out siince 10 am. We have no Internet, no landline, no Wi-Fi and no TV. I depend on the Internet for connection to my clients as I am self employed. I am very dissatisfied with this hopeless display of incapability but I put little store in any hope of compensation. I also have an Orange account in France and I definitely won’t be renewing it in the light of this fiasco.

Area cliente doesnt work, fiber is down to 20mbit from 600
