Been without service since around 11 am Christmas Day in Soddy Daisy TN

I have not been able to send or receive text since 11:30pm EST 12/27/2020

cannot use cell phone or text message since 01/01/21.

no services. can only surf net using someone's else's WiFI. tried to add minutes since im only 1 day away - cannt get text through to 611611. website showing down. ridiculous!

I have had total wireless for years with an lg phone. Verizon has ruined my service. Can’t get most calls thru, don’t even see calls in the call log. Basically, they’re ruining my business as this is how I receive work. 4 x jumping thru hoops for hours with reps in the Philippines who are polite, but nothing changes.
