This is a nice feature. The more-than-fully featured app, WeekCalendar, has templates and a lot  more. I have not purchased Calendar Paste to compare because I am so happy with Week Calendar. A bit of history, WeekCalendar issued an ipad version a while back which Apple eventually withdrew from the store. I believe it was because it looked similar to the calendar that was eventually released with Lion. Also, the iOS version of Fantastical does a pretty good job of creating events when I copy info into it from an email or any text containing date/time/subject info in it.
