My wife and I are in our late 70s and housebound due to covid and we've had No service for the last few days on both our iPhones. Please advice when we can expect service to return. Normally we get 3-4 bars. Thanks

I've not been able to make any calls for the last 2 days. Only 1/2 bars showing. NG34 7TF.

I live in Hinton BH23 7EH and have no 2g signal, this has been like this for almost 3 days now. We are elderly people and have no outside phone contact, we need reliability with our phone. R Hayes.

I have no connection to my 1p mobile WiFi, although my 1p mobile mobile data is working fine from the exact same location. Modem showing 75% signal strength

1pMobile has been unreliable for a few weeks now and I'm stuck at home having no home phone. Pe13 3QE

1p mobile is a failed failed service. My SIM only has had an intermittent signal for some time giving interrupted phone calls. Have to use EE-wifi to get a phone connection. Meanwhile 1p continue to take money from my bank account increasing my credit with them. I am a very disatisfied customer.
