No internet in Hamilton

I cannot get my channels for 743 Golf, 753 History, 731 TSN2 and 701CTV are there problems with these channels

There has been no cable service in Chalk River, Ontario K0J 1J0 since before 11 a.m. on Monday, July 26th ???

My TV has a Lost Signal box I have tried all4 suggestions but still can't get any TV stations
