My internet has been down since Friday in rural Saskatchewan

Service down in Drayton Valley, Alberta since March 27th in the am. Called Xplornet and no word as to when it will be up. They said it could be days???

My internet is not working properly at all. and they let me add 10.00$ because I thought I had blown my package! I mean for 130$ a month i should not have to had 10$ worth and besides still didn't work very disappointed Clarenceville Quebec
