My internet keeps shutting down tonight, time after time, which is affecting my tv and my computer! it's impossible to get anything done..

My "Astound" internet refuses to stay connected tonight, affecting both my tv and my computer. It's been disconnecting at least once every half an hour, ever since about 6pm this evening.

Why is there a cable outage on whidbey Island and what is the time table for it to come back online? I need to use the internet for work and now I’m at a standstill.

Astound better get their act together, half of Washington and Oregon are having outages. This is a great way to lose customers.

I have been fighting the outages constantly for 2 days this time.. when are you ever going to get it together? Wave was a problem provider, yes, but Astound has them beat hands down for outages on the tv, computer and smart phone. I am constantly getting notified that my internet is disconnected yet again! A month ago I moved from the house I had been in 15+ years, and less than a mile up the road, with very rarely a connection problem at all, to one that is constantly on the outs! It's extremely disheartening and a huge bother! Please get this fixed!!!
