I ditched Word a few months ago and now do all my homework assignments using a combination of nvalt/mvim writing in Markdown along with Marked. Marked is what finally made it easy for me to stop using Word. It's definitely worth $3.99!

I use a combination of NValt and Byword for my online writing. I think integrating Marked into this workflow would be like the proverbial cherry on the cake. Thanks for your great contributions to the text/Markdown community!

I already have Marked and use it daily in my Markdown workflow - love it! Only beef is occasionally it crashes a few times, which is usually sorted with a reboot.

Great idea to offer codes we can give to a friend, happy to do that.

Congratulations on the success of your app. I'm a relatively recent convert to Markdown (earlier this year) and have really enjoyed Marked. I even submitted output from Marked for the technical portion of a job screening I did a couple months ago. Great stuff!

Even greater: I stumbled over it (via Fletcher Penney I think) just the right time when I needed some visual usable to convince colleagues who are not using BBEdit or at least iA Writer (to name just the ones with built-in preview or export I had in use) of the greatness of using markdown. (The most time they use plain text anyway, so why not using a reusable structuring?)

Still greater: It led me into the wonderful world of Brett Terpstra and his nerdery, so much to find and learn for me, an rather fresh Mac convert.

Does Marked let you change the interpreter to something that outputs PDF? I use prince-xml with my markdown, so it would be neat to be able to use that live.
