I just had the tv and internet service installed last week. It was working fine until Mon Mar. 29 when it would have a distorted picture & then distorted audio then a black screen. It wouldn't come back so I called tech support & they told me how to reboot but I'm still having the same problem.

Inernet was working fine until yesterday as it was going in and out, and now nothing. It connects but no internet at all.
