My internetwork is not connecting skegness

Internet down in skegness how long for ? And will we get rebate for time lost ?

Been down all day - only installed on Friday. Not impressed!

Is Quickline down in LN76HD?? Recent power cut from NPG?? Is is down or is my equipment damaged. Router connection ok, internet not. All green lights lit on white hub.
