How can I access the service from Safari? It's not showing up in the Safari - Services Menu

I just tried using md - Link - Safari Tabs from within both Drafts for macOS and TextEdit. Both times it returned the four right-most links from the Safari window, ever though there are 11 tabs. Have I messed up the service somehow?

Until HighSierra I used Sessions.safariextz which saved all visited sites and I could export a html-link-list.
Sessions is not loaded by Safari anymore so I am looking around at present for another solution. Thanks to your post, Brett, and the comments I have a couple of ways to explore now.

Yes, this sounds like it would entirely replace the functionality of Tablinks for me.

Tablinks would grab all the tabs and pins from every open safari window. Is this possible in the script?

I would love to see an "Add to Instapaper" functionality where all open Safari Tabs are added to my Instapaper account :)

Would it be possible to reimplement it as a userscript?

I‘m deeply appreciative that you even make these tools in the first place, not to mention update them. What you’ve described above would work for me. A bonus would be to customise the template.
