Brett - While I certainly enjoy your technical posts and quite often get a lot out of them, it is your posts 'from the heart' that seem to stick with me. Thank you for sharing so intimately.

Excellent post, Brett. I think many of us can relate to what you say here. And I think many of us struggle with finding a balance. It nails it when you say: "Knowing that saying 'yes' to one thing is often saying 'no' to something else."
That said, I admire you for all the good work you do — and share! — and this despite the fact that your desk is a mess! Thanks for your great work and generosity!
