Only getting Kogan 3G. Usually get 4G all the time here. Called twice. It became engaged the first time and then the second, kept ringing and then they said unusually high call volume - then engaged.
Brisbane Western Suburbs. No internet connection on mobile for 2 days. Phone calls seem to be ok. Just purchased a new 1year plan and wondering if I should rather use another company if this is going to be an ongoing problem.New plan to commence in 8 days.
We have been 'out of service' emergency calls only for the last few days and after ringing have been told, it will be like this till after the 16th April. Anyone else?
Unable to receive or make calls from kogan mobile SIM. Its been 2 weeks and intermittently becomes ok. Internet does not seem to be affected. So far I know its impacted 3 others in different households, all using Kogan mobile SIM. Anyone experiencing the same issue?
