I like to bind mine to just left_command, left_control, and left_option; however without the left_shift it doesn't seem to work. Any ideas?

awesome, thanks for this. I have hyper mapped to a different key, but have my caps lock as left control if chorded with another key and as "escape" if it is pressed by itself.

I modified your file to replace caps lock with ctrl instead of hyper as I have hyper set up as another key, gist here for that tweak: https://gist.github.com/ted...
