Just heard that Boohoo had purchased Debenhams so I clicked the customer services email link to request that they close my account - the email address is invalid! I then logged in, searched the site in vain trying to find out how to delete my account and there's no option. To contact them you either have to use Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram or Twitter, none of which I have. The email address listed is the same invalid one I'd already tried. There is no telephone number. Really poor.
