I'm unable to connect to a local Telus number: 250-362-5697. The ring tone changes as if call forwarded and then after some rings harsh static occurs, then offline. I think there has been recent work in the mobile home park that disrupted phone lines there.

Been loosing Telus connection since 5 AM. My Home. Alarm is set off when drop occurs even if alarm not set. Can’t leave in case the alarm is set off . Once or twice understandable but six times is ridiculous.

I have been with Telus for 10 years and living rural for that time. In the last 2 monthsI have had little to no bars on my phone and cannot make a call, text or receive calls about half the time. What is going on? I live in Trent Hills, Ontario. Is it the local tower?
