I am having trouble accessing the internet in san francisco

Monkey brains ISP is not worming for me in San Francisco

I’m in Old Oakland. Map says internet down in two buildings, June 1, 2022. Started at 4 p.m.

Monkeybrains internet still down in Old Oakland. 8 a.m., June 2, 2022.

Intermittant internet service connection in Alameda from 10:30am today, Tuesday 9/6/22 (also experienced issues yesterday)

Beginning the third week of June 2023, Monkeybrains has had a lot of outages and service has been very spotty in areas not listed as having problems. One minute download speeds will be 50-100+Mbps, the next minute download speeds will be 0.1-3Mbps. Multiple resets to PoE, and router (soft, hard and factory reset) and service is still spotty.

Speedtest, Fast.com and Monkeybrains tech support page are source of speeds. Even when those sources show fast speeds (50+Mbps), web performance is terribly slow and often unusable.

What happened to Monkeybrains, they used to be amazing and I couldn't say enough good things about them. Now they are terrible and I am ready to switch providers. 14 July 2023
