SERIOUSLY WHAT IS GOING ON??? I WAS ABLE TO USE IT YESTERDAY BUT NOT THE DAY BEFORE AND NOW NOT TODAY! THIS IS INSANE I NEED MY PHONE! A DISCOUNT SHOULD BE GIVEN FOR NEXT MONTH SERVICES OR A REFUND FOR ALL THE DAYS WE AREN'T ABLE TO USE OUR PHONE!!!
