no mobile data service

cannot receive calls as it goes directly to call answer and cannot receive text either

Gibsons, BC service is down and was spotty all morning. My partner & I have two plans & same issue. Have restarted phones still no luck.

Koodo is down and resetting/restarting the phone doesnt help and unable to call customer support. Only 911 services work!!!

Cannot connect to network. Nothing works!

I have had nothing but issues for 5 days? This has disrupted business, work, meetings, etc. I cannot recieve calls in or out, texts in or out, etc.

hello, my payment was made on time September 24, I've been with koodo for 2 months no troubles, now my phone is saying mobile network unavailable. and saying no sim card. tried restarting my phone multiple times and removing and re-inserting my sim card. Still not working. happened this evening approximately 6:30 pm Atlantic time.

koodo phone down. 6:30pm atlantic time.

I Have no koodo network service from 6 pm today.
