Nice project. I'm still missing some features though 😉

Hide all Apps that are not specified in a bunch
Close all Windows before opening the ones in the bunch file (to cleanup my Finder)
Showing the menu when primary clicking the dock icon
Double clicking a bunch file should execute the bunch (useful for spotlight usage, for the startup items and to execute sub-bunches 😉)
Optionally hide the dock icon and move the menu into the status menu bar

These are great ideas, though well outside the scope of my goals for this little side project. We'll see what happens with 1 hour every morning or two...
