Down hard, been all day (Apr3rd2022). Called support (less) desk and they say ‘yup, gotta problem’, so I ask how long and what’s wrong, and the guy say ‘techs checking’. That was 6 hours ago and still no internet. Time to change to new broadband guys in Utah, with faster speeds and lower prices. When will these conglomerate idiots ever learn…you got my last dime and I’m through
