All areas in the UK suffering outages for over 24hours with no comment from Lebara. No data, limited text and no outgoing or incoming calls unless from major networks. Unable to make calls. Vodafone provide the service, but will not comment as to what the argument is between the companies.

Yesterday 16.03.2022 around 2pm we didn't have access at all services from Lebara and last night and today the phone line is really bad. Breaking up all the time. Really frustrating.

unable to call or text certain numbers in my contacts list, can only recieve calls and texts from those contacts, if I call them I get a recorded message saying "you have reached the Lebara message service" - none of them are on Lebara!!! time to change provider!!!

I have not been able to makre calls or send/receive texts for the last 4 days. Is there a problem in my area?

since yesterday my lebara sim card is not working anymore. I bought it last week and used it on Saturday, but now there's no cell reception and their customer service isn't replying.. Karlsruhe,DE

No Network available since 14 June afternoon (Marburg -DE), and no response from Lebara customer service. I can't make or receive calls/SMS.

My Lebara phone service has been down for a number of days. Am I still going to be charged for its use?

My Lebara mobile network is not working. I can’t text or call anyone & I don’t have any internet access. What is going on? I don’t think I have ever experienced this before since being with Lebara for many years now.

I have not been informed about any outages planned by Lebara. I expect to be reimbursed for my lost service.

By the way, I am texting from my work mobile.

Be inform me when all Lebara services will be back on.

Suffering outages for over 24hours with no comment from Lebara.

Recently started having reception problems with Lebara. I live in South Shields, Endland and it seems to be getting worse.

PA13 Area, west central Scotland. Lebara service has been intermittent over the last 3 days. Seems more down than up. Information about what's happened and likely restoration of full service would be much appreciated.

Do the Canary Islands currently not have Lebara service??

I have NO service whatsoever from lebara. It comes and goes... well, goes (off) mostly. I can't make/receive calls. I can't send/receive texts. I can't use mobile data to access the intenet. This has been going on for a WEEK now! I have no landline - ONLY Lebara. I have been a customer (trouble free) for 26 months. There's mo option the email. The 'Chat' doesn't connect you with a customer service rep. and OBVIOUSLY, I can't RING their help numbner from my Lebara phone/sim. Does anyone have a clue what's going on with this - nothing from lebara!

By the way, I've checked my email, and Lebara haven't sent a code as they claim to have done, so I can't enter it onto the site for verification!
