Tv has been out for many hours. Notice on screen says “updating player software.” How much longer for this until completion?

TV was down for 1 day. Internet was down for 3 days. Telephone has been down for 5 days and is still down.

Been losing 1-2 channels daily over the past 2 weeks. Tonight we can only get one station.

Connection screen says I have a good wireless connection but no internet. Has been down for four days.

Internet in East Texas on 02/01/2021 dropped around 8:00pm with a download speed of 9.69 mbps and upload speed of 7.95 mbps. I have rebooted the router with no success.

In Texas here zito down for last 2 hours. Been sitting on hold waiting to report for atleast 30 mins with only music playing.

Everything went down yesterday. TV channels back (except for ones that blacked out months ago). Wifi has not been restored. Tried unplugging everything for several minutes, but no go. Wifi blinks green for 30 seconds then turns red, then off. I haven’t been getting channels I pay for and now this!

I understand that the internet can go down. Why cant they inform, contact or answer their phone? Amazing how inept some businesses can be and somehow stay in business.

Speed varies but has been a joke for past year but got really bad in the past 3 weeks

We have a zito tv outage in minnesota. Has not been on since I tried at 6AM. Called in, recorded message said they are aware of the outage and are working on it. 13 hours already. Missed Gopher football. People will be really angry if they miss the Vikings game tomorrow.

Our Zito internet and TV service in East Texas is now in it's 8th day of outage.

Zito internet has been down for a while now in 83647. Rebooted modem several times, but it will not establish a link (US/DS light blinking).

my internet is down as usual Zito fucking fucking sucks.. they don't do what they advertise and they don't fix problems promptly.. its disgusting just YUCK. most people who would run a company like this would be in prison..
