I haven't had phone service for nearly 2 months probably. They reset my voicemail without telling me, and left me unable to reconfigure it. My original phone says 4G right on the screen. Despite this I got another phone. That change resolved the voice issue then broke MMS messaging instead and they are 100% incapable of offering any real solutions. They tried to send me a new SIM and didn't tell me they were switching the underlying carrier, to one with worse service in the area. I have wasted a huge amount of time with these people on tech support. They are making no efforts to provide any legitimate remedies and think a class action lawsuit is in order for AT&T and whoever else uses them as an assign that just shut off a huge number of peoples phone service. This is a public safety issue.
