I am unable to put money on the phone for my inmate to call. I get a message saying you have technical issues. Is there something wrong with my account?

I am not able to access my emails on the app or the desktop site. The app keeps saying there is technical difficulties processing my request, and the desktop site will not go to the message page. I am in Peoria AZ.

My son is unable to add money on his securus account in Lovelock Correctional in Lovelock NV I am unable to add money on securus on their website and by Moneygram
