I am with Utility Warehouse. Suddenly, early in the morning around 4 am, my internet just stopped. The phone line is ok so I don't think that there was a line issue. Restarted the router 3 times. Problem still there. Either the network, or the router are my guess. Using the phone, I googled but found nothing. That's the problem when a company is using other company's tech. My area is 01322

Last night we had all our devices connected and it was running smooth. We go out for a meal and upon returning, nothing will connect not a single device regardless of distance from the router. Best part is our devices are saying that are connected but simply can not load a web page. It took me 5 minutes just to get to a webpage to test the upload and download speed which well, are abysmal to say the least.

I have no signal for at least 24hrs and when I do have a signal in the BN14 0DX area it is poor and intermittent. Have replaced the SIM no better, I was told I may need a new Mobile, could I have details please Thankyou Mike Perle
Today I have made three attempts to report my landline down. They say high number of call. Each time I have waited about 20 mins then was cut off.not good enough!
top up rejected comes up since yesterday whilst trying to top up! We're all home due to covid and only have 2.82 emergency credit left.Been on hold for 50 mins!!!!
Internet incredibly slow. A fraction of what I am paying for. Have checked with different devices and speeds still not acceptable. Problem seems to exist with Talk Talk, who are the provider through BT. Judging by the comments, services appear to be deteriorating. Speeds are similar to those experienced in 1998. No, on second thoughts, speeds were quicker in 1998.
i have had no internet since i got home from work last night at 6pm. called tech as web said they open till19:45 but answer machine said "we are now closed". i work from home and this is not good enough
The broadband service was already down at 7am this morning in Edinburgh when I was trying to watch the news. The odd thing I noticed was the network name was not listed in the available network list even after the ether net cable kicked in again. The Wi-Fi and network name did come back on about an hour or so later. I thought it had to be a network failure because I could see other providers still listed ... PS. lets one know how much we depend on the internet!
Landline down in London (020 7) Although broadband fine. No way of contacting UW without a mobile phone. After around 30 minutes automated message to say there is a widespread problem with their landline network
