It is down, after sending me a message that I have not paid a bill, try to log into app and it is still not letting me in. Looks like they have a major system outage!
I live in the Swindon area; unable to make or receive calls - phone rings but when go to answer just cuts off. Had the same issue yesterday when in South Wales.
can't receive incoming calls, can't make outgoing calls; can't access voicemail; but can send and receive messages; can access internet; can access whas app - (have iD Mobile) - from Northwest UK
I am getting a message "Not registered on network" when I try to make a call. I lost connection from around 3pm. I cannot manually select ID as my network operator - message "Unable to connect. Try later".
Joined ID a couple of months ago and its the biggest mistake of my life.NO signal at home 95% of the time. Unable to update apps without problems.TWO year contract!!?? Can not afford to pay for something i do not get. Stockport is supposed to be covered

Monday 12 Feb 24 outage 09.45-11.55 approx and counting...
I cannot receive or make any calls in S74 9DB since yesterday, 8/5/24. When I ventured out of this area I could make and receive calls. What is the problem?
