Just added a second line of service on Wednesday and now neither phone at the residence will call out and we have no bars at all on signal. No call will complete on either phone and if someone tries to call in you can't hear anything they say.

Great Call representative informed me that their entire network of 3G flip phones is down. They are currently working to convert their service to 4G. We shouldn't expect service to be restored until Wednesday morning.

No phone service in San Antonio, Tx. Extreme hardship for my elderly sister in law. There is no way to contact her directly at her retirement facility. Everything muct go through the front desk receptionist. This has taken way too long...
Greatcall has not been working for over a week now and with a 92 year old husband with stage four cancer I can't even make a call out to his doctors about the symptoms he is experiencing that were not expected. Greatcall never notified us of any type of update to the system or any other matter, this is beyond forgivable! As soon as I can I will get a different provider and never go back. This is ridiculous. Greatcall, get your act together!
