Yesterday I got my new phone, because they said my other one was too old and the sim card would not work. ( I had to pay to get.) I followed the steps to get it working. It worked for a little while. Today, My Mobile account says my phone number is not listed. I tried random contact numbers on my phone, it hangs up. Tried resetting, works for a little while, then service is gone.
