Hi! My name is Steven Jones and I live in Providence, Rhode Island. My Qlinkwireless service isn't on and customer service told me that the cellular phone towers is down and I will have to wait for 24 to 48 hours, before I can get any service. This ways yesterday, this problem has going on for nearly a week and a few days, so when will they fix the problem. I really need my phone for very important calls. I missed my doctor's telehealth call, and my college scholarship for the 20th of this month. Get it fixed!
