I cannot receive calls or check my voicemail. I was supposed to receive a new phone 3 months ago. I am also supposedly getting unlimited data but it caps off at 2.73 gigs. I email they tell me to call customer service. I called told me I had a 5 minute wait. Was on the phone for almost 2 hours before I hung up.
