zip code 14830 constant outages for just a second. Using my network manager I can fix the connection but am getting dropped A LOT.

2nd outage - first last night & now again. Their website says they found issues with the lines near Rochester & were sent to fix at 930am.... Hopefully this time it really fixes it & it stays.
