Airvoice Wireless claims that a recent AT&T update required that Airvoice also update and reconfigure their system &/or towers at the same time. Service has been down for 4 days so far and Airvoice rep says they will extend the days of service to make up for lost days. (Sat., June 11, 2022)
Airvoice STINKS and they are Liars. You wait for hours to get Tech or Customer Service, then they hang up on you. I have ordered TWO 4G Sim Cards weeks ago for $8.00 each, and Airvoice has NOT sent them or even had the common Courtesy to email me or call my landline. My Cell has been off for over 55 Days. I have an Account Balance of over $220.00, and have been a loyal customer since 2005. I have filed formal complaints with the FCC and the FTC against Airvoice. Don't expect to get Tech or Customer service on the Phone, they are a bunch od Non English speaking Clowns who hang up on you. If you want a cheap Cell Service, try Gen Mobile for $10.00 a month. At least you can actually talk to them. It looks like I'm taking Airvoice to Court to get my $220.00 back! I have also sent two USPS letters to BOTH of Airvoice's Headquarters with no response so far.
9/2/22-Can't sign in. Something is wrong with the website? Can't pay my bill.
Airvoice changed their website, now my autopay isn't working, I can't sign in, and I waited on hold for 2 and a half hours with customer support and never got to speak with anyone. This is terrible customer service!
Having a similar issue. Auto pay not working, closed on Sunday & Labor Day, can't log in to my account, customer service doesn't answer after being on hold for 40 to 70", can't chat, can't call them & not responding to messages. Initial text messages only stated auto-pay & my phone number; no message.
