No data since 8\7\21 I bought new phone new SIM and paid my bill just 2 days ago and data does not work. $2000 later not working. I was told by h2o my SIM was old ok got a new one. I had iPhone 7plus which is not 5g comparable ok got a 12pro max. Nothing works!!!!!!!!!! They tell me everyday there's no issues with their data well us not my new phone so how are y'all fixing this!

Can't send or receive text pictures since the Samsung upgrade on august 31. Talked to an H2o rep and we were able to get the mobile data working so I can text but still no text pictures.I have an Galaxy S20 Ultra phone.I've used H2o for years never a problem until now. The map indicates H2O is down in the So Cal area. Does that impact your data allotment? I haven't had any data added to my account in 3 months. I get NO response when I chat, email, or phone them for customer service, too.

My 4G/LTE band signal will not work when making a call or receiving a call, only text messages work & data services. When I switch the band manually to 3G everything works!? This happen suddenly and I am unable to contact & get through with H2o wireless! Is this a glitch in certain areas? My phone is a approved 4G/LTE device.

Not able to make & receive calls since late last night on 6/13/22! H2O texted me a week ago telling me that I had to switch SIM cards. I have a 4G/LTE -5G/LTE compatible IPhone 12! Is the H2O service down since yesterday? Well, I cancelled my automated monthly payment to H2O! I’m done! I got with another prepaid cellular service.

I made a comment 4 days ago here that I too didn’t have service, but I called their phone number 1-800-643-4926 & spoke to an H2O Rep. & she told me that my SIM card was outdated & that they will mail me a replacement sim card for free! I told them I have an iPhone 12, but it doesn’t matter- it’s the SIM card that needs to be replaced. She told me once I receive it in the mail, call the 800 toll free number & set it up so they can transfer the information from my old sim to the new one. Also she gave me this configuration link - www.boltconfig.com , so in the meantime I can use my iPhone. If your service with H2O is down, I suggest that you call them so they can mail you a replacement SIM card. Also when u type www.boltconfig.com, type it in your safari so it can download the H2O Locus cellular setting on your phone. Good luck to you all!

After 1 week of not being able to make or receive calls reliably, now no service at all? My attempts to discuss the call issue was met with open disregard. I finally emailed and was told I'd receive a response in 24-48 hrs. Never happened. I have been with H2O for 10 years and not had problems like this. What has happened??
