My internet/data on my cell phone has been down for over a week. Keep getting told it is AT&T's fault/issue. No other solution other than switch SIM card to T-Mobile, but their service in my area is non-existent. Can only access internet on WI-FI. Cannot send photos in texts. Very Frustrating!
I have NEVER had an issue with Consumer Cellular service, that is, until today. My bill has been paid (ahead of due date), yet I can ONLY make emergency calls, SIM card isn't registering and no texting capability. No internet. Checked all of my settings - ok. Restarted the phone - same issues. What in the world?! I've had CC for YEARS and never have had a single issue. NOT happy right now! I'm in Kansas. Are we having an outage?
