Tangerine Telecom #networkoutage on #NBN 12 hours now and no response from WhatsApp support channel. What's the point of having a chatbot on an "Instant Messaging" platform if customers just get ignored for days?
Tangerine ignores customers, has zero care, overseas call centre that lies and Tangerine spite is to reduce speed of paid NBN50+ down to 13NB, a disgusting company now that I will be cahnged from hoping very shortly
Norther Gold Coast, myself and my children were using the internet when it suddenly dropped out and didn’t come back. I have tried power cycling, resetting, even a new modem. It says the line is disconnected.
