Cannot access Athena health through portal. Site states there are issues and I need to logout.

site is extremely slow, cannot work Client 10520

When I log in it states I don't have permission to view.

Says I am not configured to use Athena help no matter which health care provider I select that uses Athena . Be going on for at least 24 hours

Trying to access Athena health through portal. I select a delivery method to get a security code sent to me. Message I receive is "Sorry something went wrong" and I can not verify my account.

Trying to access Athena portal in Dallas, Tx. Get following msg: "Uh oh, we couldn't load this page at the moment Thank you for your patience as we work on this. Please try going back to the home page or logging out." Multiple tries, same message.
