I have had no phone or text service from Entouch wireless for a week now. When I call there is a message that the wait time is an hour or more...Is this an outage problem? Please advise

I've had no phone service from enTouch wireless for at least 10 days now. Every day I called and was told the service would be up by end of that day but it's still not working. Also, as of Saturday their customer service number seems to be out of service.

I have zero service on my enTouch phone....again. I would like to know why this service is constantly interrupted....again. But I know that I no matter how many times I ask I will never get an answer....again.

Cannot make or receive calls or text messages for a week. Called daily (office close on weekend) and got the same following response: "Send request to technical support. The service will be available tonight".

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC. My service gets shut down weekly now. I spent two days with a moron customer service supervisor named RICHARD that is such a freaking dumbass moron that the moron tried calling my inoperable phone and couldn't understand why I didn't pick up!!! I have discovered that it is possible to file a complaint with the FCC and have done so. They require an answer from the company within 30 days so I'll see where that goes. This is an option that everyone should take as it requires much less time than dealing with other offices such as some idiot state AG. Since they begin "blocking" their 611 number when I call I have found out that as my minutes have "EXPIRED" all I need do is make any phone call and it directs me to customer service this seems to get past the morons blocking my number. I have only kept the service because of a possible legal need for some saved calls but I am now going to record the messages and hope that is sufficient then transfer my service once I see what the FCC does. It is also possible to sue them through a formal complaint with the FCC and while that requires legal action with a lawyer it may be well worth the cost

All day my phone has stated network is "busy" then drops my call. And I do have full bars and I'm in a metro area that is in the coverage map.
