Wow Great ISP no comunication with us have it at my work have no phones no internet. What a nightmare and no one to talk to. Going broke and no one at Ifiber cares. Guess what got the invoice for September today I guess Ifiber has internet service They must use comcast for there internet they could of put something on invoice about outage but dont care enough todo thay sad customer service. Going to dump them piss poor company.!!!!!!!!!!!!

For 3 days I have tried to get someone to answer me. I work at Advance Glass in Shelton, Wa. My internet is down and so are my phones. I wish you people cared more. I'm researching other internet companies since you do not care about your customers.

my speeds are fine but my packet loss is in the 53 percent packet loss but speeds show 800 upload and 700 down load

3/9 Band with down can not load pages. Internet crashed 40 min now limited speeds. called received no call back as promised. I fiber is having major issues I will be looking for new provider.
