Fido service is down in Sturgeon Falls. I am getting really fed up with all the outages. This has to stop. I have been a Rogers/Fido customer for years and in the past year, we've had 3 outages but no reimbursement for the down time. An apology only with an empty promise that this will not happen again. I hate Bell but I am seriously thinking of switching and I am bringing along whoever wants to switch. Poor service with Rogers and I am disappointed
