No 4G Service In Denver Area Jan. 24th @ 3:30 PM

When will Earthlink Mobile be able to give transfer pins to enable a cellular customer to port the number to Verizon. I've been trying for over a week and no one at Earthlink can give me any information. Thank you Charlie
