phone not registered on network I've been having problems for the last couple of days about data options not being available yet I had 3-4 bars. I was able to use my phone earlier today while driving from Reno to Alturas and in Alturas. It was important to me to be part of a conversation at about 15:00 which I tried doing upon reaching home in Cedarville California 96104. That's when I started receiving the error "Your phone's not registered on a network s you can only make emergency calls."
I tried calling several times with the re-occurrence of that same error. I then wistfully tried using text as an alternative to calling. No error message just could never stop trying to send. I then tried calling from my wife's phone (both of our phones are Samsung but not the same model). She got the very same error message. I do believe that she could send and receive text messages for a while with mixed results and not at all.
I really need to resolve this problem soon like since our two cell phones are our other means of voice or text communication. We no longer have a landline and are at the mercy of our cell phone provider.
Please as soon as you can. The chat option would be nice if you were to email me ahead of time with my options.

ps. after reading various user issues, I did degrade my phone speed down to 2G only (after testing the faster options) and still had the issue.
