down since around 6:30

My fibre connection is still down since saturday 6am, no engineer works during weekend, they will call me on monday try to find me slot for visit, hopfully same day...

still down since 10.04.21 6:30, no avaliable engineer to fix fibre cable issue. (they ware not working on weekends)

Broadband very slow. 200mps package and only 58mps being delivered this evening. Appalling!!

is community fibre down in the bow east London area cant seem to find no info on it apart from a txt from them at 5pm saying it would be resolved by 5pm its now 11 pm

1:42am community fibre down again for 10 or so minutes. Lost my web document I was typing too :(

Broke the vpn connection too, had to reboot to fix.

this is happening for weeks now, but contract should end next year. I am happy to mobve toma slower but more reliable service.
