I think there might be an outage in my area, phone number 580/554/9570

I am in Amarillo Tx. my phone will not make calls and only receives if I am connected to a WiFi router. My daughter is in the hospital and I need to know why my phone isn’t working. I haven’t had cellular service since around 10 pm last night.
