I have no phone or internet. Went down about 20 minutes ago. Have tried the usual. No luck

Feb.02, 2021, 9:00am No phone; Internet is extremely slow and has limited connectivity to sites (when it even gets to a site)

Phone service has dropped unexpectedly 2-4 times day last 3 days. The drop is usually only a minute or two but it has interrupted 2 different doctor calls. I know the ComWave phone service in this area is piggybacked over Cogeco lines, but the Cogeco T.V. service remained unaffected during the times the phone went out. Please look into this.

For some reason their connection would cut off from between 12:30am & 12:35am. This is the 3rd time that this has happened within 2 months. Would be nice if they let their customers know what has been happening

my phone isn't working at all. My mother is in Kgh ICU. I can't find out how she is. Due to covid I can't visit. I've been waiting 3 weeks tomorrow for tech. to show up. WTF. No doubt they've sent a bill. I have never received the 15 Mbs. more like 10 Mbs. Now in the day I have no internet and the odd night I get 400Kbs. Want this fixed asap.

Comwave TV will not load on any of 4 FireSticks on two different internet networks. Have submitted a ticket. Customer Service has answered at 8:10 pm....
