Phone service has dropped unexpectedly 2-4 times day last 3 days. The drop is usually only a minute or two but it has interrupted 2 different doctor calls. I know the ComWave phone service in this area is piggybacked over Cogeco lines, but the Cogeco T.V. service remained unaffected during the times the phone went out. Please look into this.
my phone isn't working at all. My mother is in Kgh ICU. I can't find out how she is. Due to covid I can't visit. I've been waiting 3 weeks tomorrow for tech. to show up. WTF. No doubt they've sent a bill. I have never received the 15 Mbs. more like 10 Mbs. Now in the day I have no internet and the odd night I get 400Kbs. Want this fixed asap.
