In Dubuque, my ImOn TV guide has 24 channels that are frozen up or not working. What is going on? It’s been 2 days now

service has been terrible since we started imon about a week and a half ago. very disappointed. outs out again.

My ImOn tv channels are not working. They usual page appears, but the boxes are blanked out and there is a sort of rippling light. I tried HOME, Settings, back and forth, but nothing brings it to life. is there a problem in 52246 area?
